1. What Fashnal is

Fashnal is a price-comparison and referral platform. We don't sell products ourselves. When you select "Visit store," you leave Fashnal and complete your purchase directly with the seller, on the seller's own website.

2. Fashnal is not a party to the sale

Any contract of sale is between you (the buyer) and the seller. Fashnal is not a party to that contract. We don't process payment for products, hold inventory, or ship anything.

3. Who can use Fashnal

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the law where you live. If you're a minor, you may only use Fashnal with a parent's or guardian's consent.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account and password secure, and for all activity that happens through it. Don't attempt to manipulate click billing, create fraudulent accounts, or interfere with the platform's operation. Contact us right away if you suspect someone else has access to your account.

5. Returns, refunds & your consumer rights

Because the seller completes your purchase, returns and refunds are handled directly by the seller, according to their stated return policy and the consumer protection law of your country. Check a seller's return policy on the product page before buying.

6. Seller accounts & pricing

Sellers list products through a wallet funded in advance, charged a fee each time a shopper clicks through to their store. Every charge is recorded in the seller's own wallet history. New seller applications and new product listings are reviewed before they appear publicly. Fashnal may reject or suspend any seller account at its discretion, including for repeated policy violations.

7. Prohibited listings

Sellers may not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or otherwise prohibited goods. Fashnal reserves the right to reject or remove any listing, and to suspend a seller account, at its discretion.

8. No automated data collection

Except where the law says otherwise, you may not use automated tools — including scraping, crawling, indexing, or any form of text or data mining, such as to train an AI model — to collect data from Fashnal. Bots are only welcome within the limits set in our robots.txt file.

9. Intellectual property

Fashnal (or our licensors) own the text, design, and code that make up the site. You may use it only for normal, personal use of the service — not copy, redistribute, or reuse it elsewhere without permission.

10. Links to other websites

Fashnal links to websites owned and run by sellers and other third parties. We aren't responsible for their content, and a link doesn't mean we endorse or vouch for that seller.

11. Limitation of liability

Fashnal provides the comparison service "as is." We collect product and price information from sellers, manufacturers, and other public sources, and do our best to keep it accurate and current — but we can't guarantee it always is. Always confirm the price and details on the seller's own site before buying. Fashnal owns none of the products shown, has no control over and is not a party to any agreement between you and a seller, and is not liable for the outcome of a purchase made on a seller's own website, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost data).

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Fashnal harmless against any claim a third party brings against us because of something you did in violation of these terms or the law.

13. Force majeure

Fashnal isn't liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — for example war, strikes, extreme weather, or a cyberattack.

14. Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Fashnal at any time. If your access is affected, we'll try to let you know in advance, such as by email.

15. Transfer of this agreement

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another company, for example as part of a sale of the business.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fashnal after a change means you accept the updated terms; for a change that needs your consent under the law, we'll ask for it first.

17. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are resolved by the ordinary courts of Norway.
