Billie Eilish just gave us some unconventional style inspo in an even more unconventional place.
The 2024 Paris Olympics ended with many unrelated things: Tom Cruise flew from the ceiling, the Olympic flag was passed from the mayor of Paris to the mayor of Los Angeles, and Eilish performed wearing two completely different earrings.
The singer performed “Birds of a Feather” with her brother Finneas. On stage, the siblings both wore looks by Ralph Lauren – the brand also created the opening and closing ceremony looks for all the athletes – but Eilish’s look had an interesting flourish. Alongside her Ralph Lauren sweatband and Nike boots, she accessorized with two mismatched earrings. One was a square diamond stud and the other was a silver hoop (clearly from a set that she was wearing together earlier in the evening).
